Vacation Plans and Ideas
What are you going to do for vacation (or holiday, as my European friends say) this year, give us some ideas for the future!
Our standard (and quite necessary) is a trip to the ocean, usually Capitola/Santa cruz area and a trip to Lake Tahoe to camp–these are “no miss” each year for us.

As to vacation plans, I know that we all are hoping someday to have a family vacation of some sort. Liz still hopes to do a Disney Cruise or something. The problem I think is finding dates when everyone is free and of course, it must be reasonably inexpensive.
It’s very, very possible to set up an inexpensive vacation experience, so perhaps we could first work on WHEN is the most optimal time for it.
With your two trips a year the ‘given’, is there even any other time that you might have available? And what are the dates for Santa Cruz this year?
Uncle Bill and I would prefer dates when Sadie and Jane could come with us. This is only limited to the usual school vacation schedule, which you probably are subject to as well.

We’ve made plans to camp in August at Lake Tahoe…I’m hoping for a beach trip this year, just not sure if it will happen…we’re going on our Disney cruise in September (Michelle’s plan!)…when will you al be back here?
